According to the details: Due to the spread of corona in the country, once again restrictions have been imposed on performing functions in wedding halls. The government is working hard to close down wedding halls. Outdoor events are allowed for up to 300 people. The owners of the wedding halls were shocked by the government’s decision. The owners of the wedding halls are now in debt from head to toe. The business had just started when the new order came.

According to sources, President Lahore Marriage Halls Owners Association Mian Ilyas said that the Prime Minister says something and the NCOC says something else. Mian Ilyas said that the Prime Minister during his speech yesterday mentioned the permission to have wedding halls or outdoor weddings with 300 people and later the NCOC banned indoor events.

Businesses have been closed for the last eight months, while crores of rupees are due and marriage hall owners are heading for bankruptcy. The Marriage Halls Association has convened an emergency meeting in the Lahore Chamber
