This is the history of the longest lockdown for businesses and markets. Markets in the city after being suspended have now opened. In the first day of opening, there was immense rush of buyers. Buyers and shopkeepers breathed a sigh of relief when the business opened.

All business activities in Lahore were suspended for 48 days due to the lockdown caused by Coronavirus. As a result, traders, employees and laborers suffered considerable economic losses. However, shopkeepers and traders were happy to be allowed to do business.

In the bazaars, attention is being paid to wearing masks but no attention is being paid to social distance. There is still a risk of spreading the virus. After a long lockdown, people breathed a sigh of relief as hairdressers and salons opened.
