Increase in the price of wheat in grain markets, flour mill owners increased the price of flour by Rs 2 more. General Secretary Lahore Flour Mill Owners Association Abdul Rehman said that the flour would be sold to the citizens at Rs 70 per kg instead of Rs 68. The price of wheat in grain markets has crossed Rs 2,300 per quintal.
The price of flour has been further increased by the flour mill owners on the pretext of extraordinary increase in the price of wheat in the grain markets. In this regard, Lahore Flour Mill Owners Association had a few days ago increased the price of flour by Rs. The previous price was Rs 65 per kg and it was increased to Rs 68 per kg.
