Gold Flying High But Fluctuation In The Value Of The Dollar

Fluctuations in dollar and gold prices have baffled the business community. In the interbank market, the dollar fell by 30 paise to Rs 167.30, while the price of gold rose to Rs 14,700 and returned to Rs 14,000.

At the start of trading on Wednesday, the dollar closed 30 paise lower after a steady rise in the interbank market. In the morning, the dollar rose to Rs 168.20. However, at the end of the day, trading closed at Rs 167.30.

Similarly, the price of gold in the barter market also reached the highest level in the history of the country at Rs 14,700 per tola. Which later came back to Rs. The price of 22 carat gold also came to Rs 95,800 per towel.
