How to Apply for the LESCO New Meter Connection

Within the province of Punjab, the districts of Lahore, Okara, Sheikhupura, Nankana, and Kasur are supplied with power by the government-owned Lahore Electric Supply Company. If you wish to use the electricity services provided by the LESCO in the districts, you must apply for a new connection. Here are the details.

There is an online process to apply for the new meter connection.

Steps to Apply for the Lesco New Connection

Step 1:

You can visit the given link (http://www.enc.com.pk/) to start the application process.

Step 2:

  • During form submission, you are required to submit the below information:
  • Choose one of your connection types from Domestic, Commercial, Industrial, Agriculture, Tubewell, Temporary, General Services, Residential Colonies, Street Light
  • Enter National Tax Number (NTN)
  • Enter Sales Tax Registration Number (STRN)
  • Select your district-related company like, for Lahore you have to choose LESCO
  • Choose your related sub-division
  • Application Status: Owner or Rental
  • Applicant name
  • Father name
  • NIC/CNIC number
  • Present address
  • Mobile numbers 1 & 2
  • Contact person name
  • Contact person’s mobile number
  • Contact person present address
  • Relationship with applicant
  • Email (optional)
  • of meters already installed
  • Minimum load (In KWh)
  • Premises Address
  • The neighbor bill referenced the number
  • Neighbor’s name and address
  • Choose a meter installation company from Shahid & Co or Sajjad Brothers

Step 3:

You will also be required to submit property details where you want to install the new electricity connection.

Step 4:

After filling and uploading all required information and docs submit the application form

Step 5:

Need printout of your submitted application form

Step 6:

Attach all above-mentioned documents with this application

Step 7:

Send or submit this complete file (including application form and required documents) to your related office

Step 8:

LESCO demand notice will be issued after verification of the submitted documents and info

Step 9:

Now next step is to pay the LESCO demand notice to the mentioned bank

Step 10:

After paying the demand notice, a copy should be submitted to the concerned office for further process

Step 11:

In this final stage the concerned office will verify the demand notice payment and after verification, they will install the connection

Cost Of A Single-Phase Meter In Lesco

According to Lesco’s official website, the projected new connection charge is Rs. 7,240. It is advised to confirm the fee by getting in touch with the relevant office. The Lesco offices in different Lahore sub-divisions charge between Rs18,000 and Rs25,000 for a new single-phase meter connection. In other districts where Lesco provides services, the price might be different.
