The crackdown has been started against vehicles with tinted windows and non-patterned number plates. Capt. (retd.) Syed Hammad Abid said that no excuse would be accepted for tampering with number plates, lack of fake, and clear number plates.
According to Captain (retd.) Syed Hammad Abid said that tinted glasses, illegal green number plates, fancy, non-sample, and Applied for; are to direct the sharp cracking of vehicles. 04 thousand 144 vehicles challan tickets were issued, 26 days, 01 lakh 39 thousand 836 motorcycles, and were released trains ticket, CTO Lahore said that a sample of the excise number plates on to be 01 lakh 17 thousand 409 vehicles against the action taken.
Syed Hamad Abid said that no excuse will be accepted for tampering with number plates, fake, and not having clear numbers. Cases have been registered against those who put fake and bogus number plates in different police stations. Action is being taken.
It may be mentioned that earlier CCPO Lahore Zulfiqar Hameed and DIG Operations Rai Babar Saeed had issued instructions in this regard. Action will also be taken against vehicles using revolving lights. Never install tinted windows or illegal revolving lights on vehicles.
