In 1984, the Al Noor Diagnostic Center was established by Dr. Safdar Ali Malik, a well-known radiologist in the nation who received the Tamgha-e-Imtiaz award from the Pakistani government in recognition of his contributions. Since then, ANDC has continued to support the country in the area of diagnostic services.
The goal of ANDC, a four-story structure located in Shadman, the center of Lahore, is to house medical services and diagnostic capabilities under one roof. The most renowned and experienced medical professionals oversee each diagnostic facility.

With over forty-seven years of experience in the field of Radiology, twenty-eight years of teaching experience, and over forty-four published research papers at the international and national levels, he is not only an excellent lecturer for postgraduate students studying DMRD, MCPS, and MD Radiology, but also an examiner and supervisor of MCPS, DMRD, and MD Radiology.
