Prof. Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri, patron-in-chief of Idara Minhajul Quran, founded Minhaj University Lahore in 1986. It is situated in a famous location that is readily accessible from all angles. Pakistan’s Higher Education Commission also acknowledged Minhaj University as a university rating ‘ W3 ‘.
