Overview

OPTP is a favorite place of people of Bahria Town. They support the garlic mayo fan club but they are still open to other likes. If their fries weren’t good enough, then their burgers are just another treat alone. The juicy patties with the softest buns and special in-house sauces all make up a meal with which you want to keep eating.

All brilliant ideas start with excitement and a vision, a lot of hard work and finally the kind of creativity that happily leaves customers wanting more. This formula is the popular recipe that has turned OPTP into a household name in Pakistan.

Background

OPTP started out with the same zeal, dream and vision. Two foodie brothers who were crazy about fries, tried and tested their innovative and delicious ideas leading to the popular One Potato Two Potato.

In an effort to produce great fries-delicious and much superior to the frozen and/or reconstituted types that most restaurants and fast-food chains use, they began by experimenting with different types of potatoes and cooking techniques.

While investigating, they discovered that French fries were originally invented in Belgium, and that Belgian Fries were the best in the world even today. They began with the identification and sourcing of the best chipping potatoes and used them in Belgian way to make fries; cooked twice.

They managed to reproduce the centuries-old recipe after continuous experimentation and endless disappointments; this they introduced to their friends and family for sampling. It was known straight away that they had found the formula for success.
