Owners Opposed The Government’s Decision To Ban Wedding Halls And Restaurant

Ban on celebrations in wedding halls, restaurants will not be allowed indoor dining. There will be strong action against those who do not take into account government sanctions.

The district administration has developed a plan for full implementation of SOPs. Despite the ban, there will be action on the conduct of wedding ceremonies. Wedding Halls Owners will face heavy fines and lawsuits. There are 1361 small and large wedding halls in nine zones of the city 380 single storey, 251 double storey, 480 triple store wedding halls are banned.

Restrictions on indoor dining at restaurants will also be strictly enforced. Only TKOVs will be allowed from restaurants. DC Lahore has instructed all assistant commissioners to remain active in implementing the government’s announcement. Of the influential Riyadh country Marriage ceremonies will be held only in open areas as decided by the government. The number of home loans and the implementation of SOPs must also be ensured.

On the other hand, the owners of wedding halls and restaurants have strongly opposed the government’s decision. Patron High Marriage Halls Association Mian Elias says he does not accept the ban. Chairman Pakistan Restaurants Unity Association Amir Qureshi said he could regret the government’s decision.
