The European Commission has removed the name of Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) from its list of restricted and banned airlines on its website, which a PIA spokesman described as a positive sign.
According to the European Commission on behalf of the aircraft on arrival in the site removed from PIA. Commission for Mobility and Transport website capped different countries and contraband have been declared airlines. The names of others are included but the name of PIA is not included.
PIA spokesman Abdullah Khan said the European Commission’s website published a list of the Pakistan International Airlines has become the positive point, we hope that the national airline of European countries also has to license case, after which the operations in the UK will be fully restored.
He said that PIA was trying to provide the best facilities to Pakistani travelers to European countries as soon as possible. In this regard, the European Union Safety Agency has also expressed confidence in the PIA’s initiatives regarding flight safety and safety management systems.
