Sugar Started To Be Sold In Stores

In the hope of alleviating the shortage of sugar, the sale of imported sugar has started.

13,800 metric tons of sugar was sent to different districts, a complete ban on commercial sale of imported sugar. The district administration has been directed to ensure the availability of sugar in retail outlets.

On the other hand, a meeting was held under the chairmanship of the Minister of Industry and Trade in the office of the Chief Secretary in which the prices and availability of essential commodities especially flour and sugar were reviewed. In this regard, Mian Aslam Iqbal says that providing relief to the common man is the priority of the government.
