The wholesale market cloth bags on Circular Road are being sold at Rs. 5, 10 and 15 per person, while the retail bags are being sold to customers at Rs. 8, 15 and 20 per person. However, the shopkeepers are happy that the use of cloth shopping bags will reduce environmental pollution and customers will pay for it.

Not only shopkeepers but also customers are happy with the ban on plastic bags and the use of cloth shopping bags. He says it will help reduce environmental pollution.
