The first gift of the government in 2021 for the poor people, the price of LPG has been increased by Rs 15 per kg, now LPG will be available to consumers at Rs 147 per kg.

According to details, the government has increased the price of LPG by Rs 15 per kg. After an increase of Rs 15 , the price of a domestic cylinder increased by Rs 180 and that of a commercial cylinder by Rs 692. The domestic cylinder will be available in the market in 1733.

Internationally LPG is $ 79 per metric ton in the price, which the LPG price has risen to $ 457 to $ 536 per ton.

Chairman LPG Distributors Association Irfan Khokhar said that all taxes including levy should be abolished otherwise gas supply from Khyber to Karachi would be cut off from January 15.

On the other hand, the government is preparing to increase the price of petroleum products from January 1, 2021. OGRA has sent a summary of the increase in petroleum products to the Petroleum Division. Sources said that it has been proposed to increase the price of petrol by Rs 2.96 per liter. It has been proposed to increase the price of high speed diesel by Rs 3.12 per liter while kerosene and light diesel can also be increased.
