A delegation of Anjuman-e-Tajiran Lahore visited Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry and met the President of Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The traders demanded permission to open plazas under SOPs.
During the meeting, Lahore Chamber President Irfan Iqbal Sheikh said that Lahore Chamber is a representative body of all business community and shopping plazas will also be opened under SOPs.
It should be noted that the Punjab government has decided to open small markets and small shops, small markets and small shops will remain open from Fajar till 5 pm, small markets and small shops will be closed 2 days a week, 2 days closure will be applied. Pre-opened pharmacies, medical stores, dairy shops, grocery stores, ovens, bakeries and other stores will not be closed.

From tomorrow, more industries and related businesses will be allowed to open, including pipe mills, ceramics, sanitary ware, paints, electrical cables and switchboards. Steel, aluminum industries and shops will be allowed to operate. Hardware stores are also being opened, but educational institutions will remain closed till July 15 and board exams have also been abolished.
