Another bad news for the people who are crushed in the mill of inflation, OGRA has made cheap public fuel LPG more expensive.

The price of LPG per metric tonne reached 43 439 after an increase of 58 58 in the global market. The impact of the increase in LPG prices in the international market has also been felt in the local market, due to which after an increase of Rs 10, LPG will now be available to the people of Lahore at Rs 130 per kg.

The price of a domestic cylinder has gone up by Rs 114 to Rs 1,530 while a commercial cylinder has gone up by Rs 439 to Rs 5,888.

Rising LPG prices have further lashed out at the people of Lahore. Lahore residents say that with the onset of winter, natural gas from homes is depleted and LPG is made more expensive. The government should take pity on the condition of the people and make LPG cheaper.
